ck's archive: ferrari spotting

Aaron and I have always shared an interest in high performance automobiles, which happen to be relatively prevalent in Southwest Connecticut. We end up spending a good bit of time spotting exotic cars while we're on the road during my visits.

I've seen three Ferraris in the wild this week, and surprisingly, they've all been in Champaign. Immediately after touchdown on Wednesday, as my plane was rolling towards its gate, I looked out the window and saw an Enzo and a 550 parked side-by-side in the private pilots' section of the airport tarmac. Then yesterday, I saw a stereotypical suburban frat boy driving a 360 Spyder down Green St.
