I had a lot of homework due this week, but it's all been turned in. Yay for that. I pulled an all-nighter last night (not uncommon for me). When my alarm clock went off this afternoon to end my napping and start my Econ reading, I almost destroyed it. I had no idea what it was, and was trying to figure out how to pull the power cord out of it when I gave up, folded it in my comforter and went to the bathroom. When I got back, I realized that it was, in fact, my alarm clock and was able to stop the beeping with the normal controls. I don't often get jostled from quite that level of my sleep cycle, but it's funny when it happens.
My exam tonight was for Econ 328, and I don't think I've ever been so apathetic about a class before. I do have a small consolation. Instead of being bored by the class material, I'm working on a new conspiracy theory detailing the evil plot of the Econ department here to make us into socialists. There are some very un-capitalistic things about the "economics" they teach, and more often than not, we're told that the correct solution to a situation is to look at a book and figure out the solution that'd be best for everyone...
Perhaps Nash was a communist?
