You may remember that the comments functionality of my website came as a result of my opendiary-using friends. Lately, opendiary has been sucking and is encouraging people to upgrade to their paid version. Most of my friends on there are saddened by this turn of events, so it occurred to us that we have the talent to write a much better version and undercut OD when it comes to charging people. Even better, I think that cloudedthought.com would be a moderately clever domain name for such a service, and happens to be a domain that I own. Aaron, Tree, and I were discussing technical details, and it might be a fun project for spring break.
