I finally watched Fast Times at Ridgemont High for the first time this week. In the final scene, Judge Reinhold's character is working at a convenience store and manages to foil a robbery attempt. I realized that I'd seen that scene before, in Clerks: The Animated Series. At the time, I thought it was just a silly non-sequiter. Now, though, I get to feel clever for recognizing the reference.
