ck's archive: summer's nearly over

Wow, summers were never this short when I was in grade school. Where have gone the endless days of playing outside? There isn't much time in a day after allocating 8 or 9 hours to work and a little more than that to sleep.

But we're getting ready to return to school, and that means more free time (and a better internet connection). It looks like I'm getting a promotion starting this fall, which is cool since I'll get more money for the stuff I do now. The only thing that'll change would be that they want me to lead meetings. That should be funny, me leading and all.
