Pavan sent me a link to some public service announcements regarding spousal abuse that were deemed too graphic for Calgary television. I agree with the page that they're both bold and innovative, but I don't know much what I think of them beyond that.
I had the pleasure of following a crazy/paranoid old woman down Florida Ave. this morning. approaching a red light, she twice slammed on her brakes and flipped me off before darting into the McDonald's drive-through. I was left confused as to why it's offensive to pull up closer to a car as traffic is stopping. Instead of trying to figure that out, I opted to think about why it sucks that the AARP is well-organized enough to stop legislation to require periodic driving ability checks for seniors. But that was all covered by South Park so I can take it easy on the thinking this time.
