I did my taxes, at least on the federal side. Having not paid any taxes on my Unified Consulting income, I'm ending up with a $4 refund, which is better than I'd expected. Now I just have to wait for their accountant to send me an official 1099 form so I can file.
I took part in an outing to the Beef House in Covington, Indiana last night. The beef was excellent, but Alexander's is just as good (or better, depending on who you ask), and it's in town, so I'm not sure we'll be heading back anytime soon.
