The Canopy Club in Urbana has some shows I might have to attend. The 10th of October will see OK Go coming to town to play with The Red Hot Valentines. Then, on the 29th, They Might Be Giants is playing. After their show last year, I can't help but return. I was surprised to see that Gwar is still touring (and will be in Urbana on November 3rd). Crazy times these are.
Sarah's back in town this weekend, celebrating seven years of dating Aaron. That's almost a third of the span of my existence. We're all going to Kamakura tonight, where most of the menu is seafood. They have excellent teriyaki, though, so I'll be fine with something from the "stupid American" class of Japanese dining while the rest of our party relishes their sushi.
