Given that I'll be living in Champaign for at least another year, I've decided to get a cell phone. What phone/service should I get and why?
The cell phone question is related to my "cable or DSL" question. I'm not sure if I can get the good deal on DSL if I don't have a land line. I'll just have to call and see.
