So, the new apartment. Mel and I signed the lease on Saturday, and sometime today, our new landords will be calling past lessors of ours and asking about bill paying. So far as I know, we both have spotless recourds, so I expect they'll make the calls and then sign the lease, at which time we'll be ready to move in on Friday. courtesy of mapquest, I've made a map of our situation for the next year:
I got into Grand Theft Auto 3 yesterday. That's a great game, but I think parents of impressionable children would be right to limit their exposure to it. At one point, Mel was watching me play and commented that had she not previously seen me drive in real life, she might be afraid to get in the car with me. What a game.
