I'm back in Champaign, after a bit of driving. A bunch of out-of-town-for-the-summer friends came to Champaign this weekend, and Mel and I couldn't resist seeing everyone, so we drove from East Peoria to Springfield to meet them at The Magic Kitchen. After that, we went to Urbana to hang out for a while, then drove back to East Peoria. Of course, I have to work tomorrow, so I came back to Urbana tonight, and here I am. I don't do much driving, but when I do, it tends to be worth remembering. There may be some fun photos of last night's events forthcoming, depending on the cooperation of the people who own the digital cameras that were present.
While home, I learned that TNN shows at least two episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation every weeknight. I like that.
