...Sitting in training, listening to the same things I learned last year and the year before that. The new people are learning a lot, though, and that's what's important.

I need to find a ride to Best Buy in not too long because my phone broke. I came back from work yesterday, and got ready to call our first daniels trouble ticket only to find that my phone didn't work. The handset works fine, but the base station just doesn't turn on. Worse than that, I already cut up the box to fulfill the rebate. At least I didn't send the UPC away, so they should allow me to exchange it for one that works. I miss the days when we had the big sturdy phones in all the rooms. You know, the kind that can be used as melee weapons -- and will still work!
