I've just completed my first full month as SMG-p technical lead and the meeting numbers are a little intimidating.
In September 2007,
- I was invited to 3 meetings, totalling 4 hours.
- I attended 2 meetings, totalling 2.5 hours.
In September 2008,
- I was invited to 41 meetings (1,267% increase), totalling 48.25 hours (1,106% increase).
- I attended 30 meetings (1,400% increase), totalling 35.25 hours (1,310% increase).
Curiously, both years, I took a string of three sick days starting on my birthday.
