Entropy got a new case fan yesterday, since the original was dying. While I was at it, I also replaced the really big 120mm fan on the side with a smaller 120mm (not as tall, slower rotation), so now it's quiet enough to run all the time. It seems to have worked, since the air coming from the power supply is noticeably cooler and the cpu temp has dropped 20 degrees (F).
I also got my new shoes today. Even though I don't run, I've found that running shoes are really comfortable for walking to and from class every day. I picked up a pair of these at nike.com and they're most comfortable.
